What's this all about? On Saturday April 16th at 8pm EST you can hang out with me to discuss pairing Alaskan-made cured meats and delicious wines for all those spring brunch vibes! To get the party started, Sunny from Ice Aged Charcuterie has curated a tasting board featuring her Salami, Coppa, and Lonza. To give us something to sip on, I've set up a fun 2-pack of wine featuring Erne Vermentino Toscana from Italy and Raul Perez 'Ultreia St. Jacques' Mencia from Spain.
